R. I. Heller & Co., LLC was founded in 1997 by William N. Plamondon, III. We provide advisory services to companies from startups to larger corporate enterprises. Over the years RIH has provided turnaround as well as interim management, performance improvement and corporate advisory services. Our clients include investment banks, private equity firms and both private and public companies. Automotive, finance, manufacturing, logistics and technology were some of the industries that we provided services for.

William N. Plamondon is currently serving as a President of the American Car Rental Association and serves on the Board. He is also acting as a Chief Executive Officer of Space Genius, and serves on the Board of Directors of Advantage Rent-A-Car. Mr. Plamondon also provides advisory services to the Turning Rock Partners.
